Meeting & Conferences

Our conference and meeting facilities stretch across three stunning spaces, each providing a unique backdrop for your corporate event.

The very latest in development is our gorgeous new Water Wheel Suite, able to provide seating for up to 200 people. We also have areas to suit small, private meetings and we have a 400 seater theatre suited to seminars.

Every event is unique which is why we give you the option to create your own bespoke packages or if you have trouble deciding, you can choose from one of our recommended packages – please ask a member of staff when making your enquiry.

Theatre Hire

Our 400 seater Theatre is ideal for showcases, conferences, presentations, award ceremonies and workshops.

The space is split across two levels, able to accommodate smaller audiences in lower levels and larger audiences over other levels.

The Theatre is designed in a circus theme, making it an ideal space for a variety of creative events.

Our projection, microphone, lighting, and AV equipment is also included.

Catering

Unlimited tea, coffee, and refreshments from our servery drink stations – including Fresh Seasonal Fruit; Healthy snacks; Cakes; “Sweet Shop” sweets; Pastries and soft drinks can be made available to your group.

Hot or cold buffet, home-made soups with warm bread rolls, canapés, sandwiches, leaf and pasta salads, lattice fries and wedges feature in our traditional conference menu.

Allergen exempt dishes and menus are also available; please simply notify us of your requirements and allow Wookey Hole to provide you with a spectacular food offering, specific to your group’s personal tastes and preferences.
